Grab your glitter – it’s time for the Louisey Rider Cup!

The Louisey Rider Cup is a yearly roller derby tournament hosted by Nottingham Roller Derby. It celebrates the life of skater Louise Wright, known as Louisey Rider #66, who tragically died in a cycling accident in 2014. All profits go to the road-safety charity Brake, and the event has already raised over £40,000.

Six teams battle it out across a full day of derby, with nine half-hour games in total, including six group games and three deciders.
